Brandon D. Henry
Brandon grew up in Sterling, Kansas. He graduated from Washburn University, cum laude, in 2000 with a degree in Mass Media and a minor in Political Science. Brandon received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2003. Upon graduation from law school, Brandon practiced with the law firm of Norris & Keplinger, LLC until August 2006, when he joined Wagstaff & Cartmell, LLP as an associate.
Brandon has a civil litigation practice with emphases in professional malpractice defense, products liability, insurance defense and personal injury. He has significant jury trial experience, which includes participation in cases with multi-million dollar damage claims in multiple jurisdictions. Brandon is the co-author of a recent journal article entitled, Defining the Standard of Care with Medical Experts as Part of Plaintiff’s Case-in-Chief: An Opportunity for Defendants.
Brandon is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association.
Brandon and his wife, Summer, live in Kansas City, Missouri.
