In 1997, Tom Wagstaff and Tom Cartmell left a large, prestigious Kansas City law firm to start their own. Their vision was to build a premier trial firm with lawyers who excelled in the courtroom and in whom others - clients, judges, jurors and lawyers - could always trust.
