Chris Schnieders was named to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee by The Honorable Cynthia Rufe to act as leadership counsel on behalf of claimants across the nation in the Effexor birth defects litigation. Judge Rufe oversees In Re: Effexor (Venlafaxine Hydrochloride) Products Liability Litigation, MDL # 2458, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Plaintiff’s Steering Committee is charged with the guidance of the Effexor litigation on behalf of all plaintiffs. Chris is honored to be chosen to this leadership position on behalf of the plaintiffs and looks forward to working diligently for all children who have suffered birth defects following their mother’s ingestion of this drug.
